Booking Information – What you need to know.

You can book for a weekend, long weekend, Easter or a full week. During school
holidays priority will be given to full week bookings.

Generally bookings are from Saturday 3pm to the following Saturday 11:00am.

To make a booking,please call Diana on 8232 3577 to check the dates. If available,
we will take hold a tentative booking for you for up to 7 days. To confirm a booking,
a deposit of 50% of the rental fee is payable. You also need to complete the
Booking Form which we will send to you or you can print it from the internet.

The balance is payable one month prior to your booking, together with a $200 bond.
The bond is to cover cleaning, damage or breakages, although if costs exceed $200
we reserve the right to recover the excess. You can choose to do the cleaning
yourself. We will refund the bond within 14 days less the cost of cleaning which is
usually around $50.

We will contact you in the week before your booking to make arrangements for keys.
